Our Canary melon adds color to any retail display. The variety we have chosen has a rich yellow color when ripe. Its white flesh has a similar flavor to a Honeydew. In fact, it is called a honeydew in many parts of the world.
Honeydew melon, or honeymelon, is a fruit that belongs to the melon (muskmelon). The sweet flesh of honeydew is typically light green, while its skin has a white-yellow tone. It can be eaten by itself or used in desserts, salads, snacks and soups.
